Oversight
FaithBuilders’ Board of Directors meets on a regular basis and the organization’s services are discussed at length. We are continually monitoring our services and outcomes to be sure we are maximizing our efforts.
We encourage both our volunteers and the families we serve to talk with staff regularly to celebrate the small victories and to work through the challenging situations.
